Michael is a “Seattleite” and former US Army Airborne Ranger. After a significant time in the corporate world in Business Development selling high tech software he moved into the Auto Industry as a Finance Manager for the Toyota franchise. After a successful F&I career with brands like Toyota, Audi, Acura, Infiniti & Mercedes he decided to leave retail and focus his passion on the dealer side of the house.
Michael was hired as a consultant for Ford Motor Company where he continued to gain momentum and develop deep knowledge as a dealer developer & F&I corporate trainer consulting various Ford dealers in 5 states on the West Coast. It was through this consulting experience where Michael gained a solid reputation in the industry as someone in this business who can execute seamlessly with a proven track record of growing, training, developing and lifting under-performing accounts to help generate and increase sales revenue for his dealers and F&I teams.
Michael is AFIP and Re-Insurance Certified believes he has the tools, time in the box and the full understanding of F&I (state & federal) laws to train his clients on aftermarket products to increase profitability for his dealers while still creating a great car buying customer experience.
Michael is motivated by building authentic relationships with his dealers. When he had the opportunity to join the Servitium Group he didn’t think twice because he wanted to be a part of an elite team of auto professionals that focus 1st on delivering the highest quality Finance & insurance products & exceptional customer service for their clients.
During his down time when he’s not implementing creative new strategies for his accounts; you’ll find him enjoying his family in Wenatchee, WA. Michael loves Coaching soccer, skiing, golfing, consuming all things Seahawks and grilling!
